30 Years, One Result: The History That Led to This Modern Township Development

The Inception
(Mid-1990s – 2005)

The corridor between Delhi and Sonipat was largely untouched. With a clear vision, TDI Infrastructure was able to identify what other people could not imagine. The initial years were spent in meticulous land aggregation and master planning, forming the base for one of the most ambitious private integrated townships in North India.

The Launch & Early Development
(2006 – 2007)

TDI City Kundli was launched in 2007 after receiving clearance from the Haryana government. The first phase introduced residential plots in the township, which attracted investors due to the long-term real estate potential of the Delhi NCR region.

The First Residents & Handovers
(2009 – 2012)

Families started to relocate by the end of 2009, when internal roads and primary security structures were put in place. Handovers moved forward consistently in 2012, helping in developing a community where people lived and flourished.

The Expansion & Diversification
(2013 – 2019)

The emphasis grew from plots to a more comprehensive conception of township life. With 1,100+ acres of development, the residential and commercial projects scaled significantly. While operationalization of Kundli–Manesar–Palwal Expressway (KMP) and Kundli–Ghaziabad–Palwal Expressway (KGP) resulted in a new influx of residents and investors to TDI City Kundli.
